PT-led running coaching for runners of all distances
At Pace & Physio, I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy and UESCA-certified running coach helping runners of all distances unlock their next level. I design individualized, evidence-based training and strength programs that build durability, improve efficiency, and deliver results when it matters most — whether you’re training for your first 5K, your first marathon, or your first 100-mile ultramarathon.
Why choose me?
At Pace & Physio, I’m a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) at an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lincoln, NE, and a UESCA-certified endurance coach. In addition to treating runners daily, I’ve run a 1:34 half marathon and a 50-mile ultramarathon. Currently, I’m training to run a sub-3 hour marathon in September 2026 and 100-mile ultramarathon in October 2026.
My coaching combines PT-informed injury prevention with evidence-based performance programming. Whether you’re aiming for your first marathon, your next PR, or your first 100-mile ultra, I’ll build a plan that balances training load, strength, and durability so you hit race day strong — without injury.
A real coach can interpret the full picture of your training, not just the data. They can adjust based on subtle clues like fatigue, life stress, injury history, motivation, and race-specific goals, while also providing accountability, reassurance, and judgment that helps you make better decisions when the plan needs to change.
